These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ride-hailing application operated by Toot Group OÜ ("we", "our", "us").By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers.We do not provide transportation services and are not a transportation carrier. All transportation services are provided by independent third-party drivers.
3. User Account
To use the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate and complete information.You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Ride Requests and Categories
The Service may offer different ride categories based on factors such as vehicle type, comfort level, or pricing.By selecting a category, you acknowledge and agree to the pricing, conditions, and service level associated with that category.
5. Pricing and Payments
Ride prices are calculated based on distance, time, demand, and other factorsPrices may vary dynamically (including surge pricing)The total fare will be displayed in the app before confirmation where possiblePayments are processed through the application using your selected payment method.You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your use of the Service.
6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
You may cancel a ride request; however:A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel after a specified time or after a driver has been assignedHigher fees may apply if the driver has already arrived at the pickup locationIf you fail to appear at the agreed pickup location ("no-show"), you may be charged a fee.Applicable fees are displayed in the app.
7. User Conduct
You agree to:Treat drivers respectfullyComply with all applicable lawsNot engage in abusive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviorNot damage the driver’s vehicleYou may be charged additional fees (including cleaning or damage fees) if you cause damage or require extraordinary cleaning.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.
8. Safety and Incidents
While we aim to promote a safe experience, we are not responsible for the conduct of drivers or riders.In case of emergency, you should contact local emergency services.You may report incidents through the app.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:We act solely as an intermediary platformWe are not responsible for transportation services provided by driversWe do not guarantee availability, quality, or suitability of ridesWe shall not be liable for:Indirect, incidental, or consequential damagesLoss of profits, data, or business opportunities
10. Platform Fees
We may charge service or platform fees for facilitating the Service.Such fees may be included in the total price or shown separately in the app before confirming the ride.
11. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable.However, refunds or partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases such as:technical errorsincorrect chargesservice-related issuesRefund requests can be submitted through the app or via email.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
14. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Toot Group OÜ.You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
